The federal review into the adult industry found that systemic discrimination was being perpetrated. Specifically, that while men and women who enjoyed watching women consensually strip naked for their enjoyment were being well-served, there was no such product being offered to those who liked their strippers unwilling and humiliated.
Laws were immediately passed requiring a minimum of a third of women working in any brothel or strip club to be there against their will, and providing mechanisms under which appropriately attractive sluts might be enslaved for this purpose..
