Site sales, unfortunately, continue to be level or slightly down from this time last year. That’s disappointing, as my financial commitments for this year were premised on very modest growth. I’m largely putting that slowness down to the steadily increasing difficulty of marketing adult content on the internet, and the slow spiral of sites into obsolescence, which applies to adult sites like ReblogMe and Hentai Foundry, but also mainstream sites like Twitter/X and Reddit, which seem to continually get less friendly and less useful with every passing month.
It’s just exhausting continually looking for new places to engage with readers – particularly given that I don’t have as much energy as I did a few years back, before my stroke – and it would be lovely if there were simply a good social site, that allowed and promoted adult content, that I could rely on to continue working for the next five years or so.
Speaking of which, a quick reminder that I’m on Fetlife now (in a professional capacity) and you can follow me there as ATR_Fiction. (Click here to view my Fetlife profile.) It’s potentially a really great place to engage with readers like you in a natural and conversational way, without worrying that you’re exposing your kink tastes to a vanilla audience, so I’d love more followers there.
On the same topic, unfortunately ReblogMe has rolled out a new site design that (a) deprecates queue, meaning I can’t queue new content in advance, and (b) ignores queue formatting completely, so that large text posts like mine look like garbage. You can still access the old version (for now) at legacy.reblogme.com, but that’s not advertised anywhere. Given that ReblogMe was only giving me a tiny amount of clickthroughs even before the change, I’ve made the decision – with regret – to stop preparing new content for that site. I’m going to manually push the last stories from my queue there, on an irregular schedule, but once they’re done I’m probably not going to post anything further there. Feel free to get in touch with me if you spot them adding queue back to the new design and fixing the associated format issues.

Free Queue
Okay, here’s what’s coming soon for free readers. All these stories are coming to the free queues on this site, BDSMLR, and ReblogMe, hopefully on the dates shown. (Subject to the ongoing issues that both BDSMLR and ReblogMe are having at the time of this writing.) Paid members can read the stories in Dropbox right now. There are some stories here that are new to free readers. (I mentioned them last month but they still haven’t made it out of the queue, so I’ll mention them again.)
“The Cheerleader Conversion” comes from a member request for a “tomboy to cheerleader” story, and it’s expected to be a short serial of about 5 chapters..
“Allison’s Education” is a schoolgirl large-breast humiliation story which I wrote to please myself. I’ve got 14 chapters of this pre-written and I’m releasing them at the rate of one-per-week in the Friday “one-shot” slots, until I either finish the story or run out of pre-written content.
“Noncon Isekai” is a story I started as a result of a joke/dare from some other erotica writers, noting the phenomenal popularity of isekai and litRPG in the erotica market right now. It’s basically what it says in the title – a litRPG/portal fantasy story about an average guy summoned into a fantasy world that needs him to rape pretty women in order to save it from destruction. I wasn’t sure if it was going to get any interest but a long-term premium member has already asked for more so this will probably be an ongoing serial.
Also, FYI, “The Etrebor Open” is currently expected to finish in Part 5, but with an eye to releasing it as an e-book, I’ve started writing a story called “The Etrebor Employment” which should be four chapters or so, enough to be book-length when paired with Open. I’m currently undecided as to whether Employment will be released in the free queue, or be exclusive to the book. We’ll see. (It’ll probably depend on whether I’m starved for queue content and needing something to release…)

You have great content to take to any production house to convert them either into animated content or live action content. That can potentially boost your revenue stream. But you need to copyright your content to safeguard the work you have done till now. All the best.

Copyright automatically adheres to all original text of which I am the creator and first publisher – it doesn’t take any specific action by me to engage that protection. Copyright notices exist to notify others of the copyright owner in situations where that may not otherwise be clear – they don’t create or engage the copyright. It’s illegal to republish or use my content without consent regardless of what action I’ve taken around copyright.
But also, if there are animation studios or production houses out there that are looking for established writers to partner with, I’ve never heard of them, and I’m not aware of a significant demand among those sectors to license IP or to hire writers.
