You may notice that the first three All These Roadworks Story Collections are now displaying brand new covers!
Don’t worry – nothing important has changed. Although the collections feature new covers, slightly different formatting, and updated backmatter, the substantive content remains the same, and no stories have been removed or altered. These are not new editions and there is nothing new to read inside.
The cover changes have been made as part of an ongoing program to reduce my reliance on Creative Commons Zero images, provide unique cover images that you won’t see copied on other books, avoid associating real-life models with erotic content, and improve some of the uglier and less popular covers with new images that are more enticing to purchase.
I’ll be doing more of these going forward, with the eventual intention of catching up with the current cycle of substantive re-releases, and the goal will be to eventually replace all covers that used Creative Commons Zero assets.

The versions of these books sold on Smashwords have also been updated. Please note that the versions on Smashwords are EPUB only, and do not include the image-based bonus material, in order to comply with Smashwords content policies.
