I am happy to offer a full refund to any customer for any reason upon their first such refund request. I want every supporter to feel fully satisfied that they received what they expected.
Subsequent refunds will be issued for defective or misdescribed products, for situations under which you are entitled to a refund by law, or at my discretion.
Refunds for memberships will be limited to a refund for the most recent month purchased.
