I may be calling it a new edition, but it’s practically a whole new book! Fan-favourite All These Roadworks collection Slave New World returns with 40% new content, featuring 28 hot stories of patriarchal dystopia – including 11 brand-new never-before-published tales!

When I first released Slave New World in December 2019, the intention was to create the definitive collection of ATR patriarchy/dystopia stories, and I therefore reprinted a fair number of tales that had already appeared in previous collections, so that readers who purchased this title would get the best stories I could give them on this theme.
Since then, my library has grown considerably, and readers have made it clear that they want to be able to collect my entire catalogue without paying for reprints. Therefore, as I’ve been updating these older titles, I’ve been pulling out the majority of duplicated stories, and replacing them with new, unique content.
Slave New World is one of the biggest reworks so far. I’ve pulled out 10 stories that were reprinted from other titles, and replaced them with 11 new never-before-collected tales. That means that 40% of this edition is brand new!
And not just that, but it’s bigger! This edition is 8 pages and almost 4,000 words longer than the previous release!
If you want tales of erotic laws, female subjugation, and fetishised patriarchy, then you absolutely have to grab a copy of the hot new edition of Slave New World!
Here’s the full list of changes:
- New cover design – This edition retains the previous cover art but redesigns the titling to bring it into line with my modern branding.
- All Creative Commons images removed – All use of Creative Commons Zero images in the book has been removed.
- Revamped exclusive bonus content – The five-page exclusive gallery of fictional magazine covers has been reworked with new images, and it now appears in both the PDF and EPUB versions of the book (and will also appear in the version released on Smashwords).
- Removed stories – A range of stories duplicated from other releases have been removed (see below).
- New stores – 11 new stories have been added.
- Typo fixes and format fixes throughout
- Better EPUB version
