The new female driver laws imposed conditions for women who had lost points off their licence. At a quarter of all points missing, a girl was required to expose her tits at all times while in a motor vehicle. At half points, she was required to be nude.
Girls who had lost points were required to take special “female driver pills” before getting into the car. These did not impair driving but reduced a woman’s higher thought functions for some hours, as well as acting as a mild aphrodisiac. The effects of the pills were not common knowledge; women taking them simply began to associate the act of driving with feeling stupid and horny, and were likely to start to believe the government’s messages that women were not intelligent enough to drive cars.
And of course, it was a crime for women to operate a motor vehicle while aroused. Police would often stop cars with a woman driver and demand she present her cunt for inspection. Those found to be wet would lose further points from their licence, and be fucked or masturbated to orgasm in public by the side of the road so that they could continue their travel with a clear mind.
Combined with persistent societal messages showing under-dressed bimbos draped over cars, always servicing them and never driving them, most women soon accepted that they were less important than the cars they travelled in, sexual decorations to enhance the vehicle, always the car’s accessory and never its master…

Is this a repost? Its not what I usually expect of your style or editing.
At a quarter of a points -> At a quarter of a point
At half points -> At half a point
“for some hours” is decidedly clunky
And the last paragraph is one long run on sentence.
Like almost every story of under 400 words, it’s a repost or slight reworking of a caption from my Tumblr days. (i.e. written in around 2018 in a period where I was writing as many of two or three of these every day).
That said, all of these word choices were deliberate except that “quarter of a points” should have been “quarter of all points”.
