Personal News
Not much personal news this month. I’m healthy and happy, although I’d obviously be happier if I were selling more books.
For those who buy from me on Smashwords, the final migration to Draft2Digital is currently happening over there. I don’t *think* this will affect the customer experience. Smashwords is still a site, my books will still be on Smashwords at the same store page. But they’ll also be – I think – on Draft2Digital. (And I, as an author, will have slightly less options available to me in pricing and marketing my books on those platforms, which isn’t great, but I’ll live.)
Free Queue
Here’s what’s coming soon for free readers. All these stories are coming to the free queues on this site, BDSMLR, and ReblogMe, hopefully on the dates shown. (Subject to the ongoing issues that both BDSMLR and ReblogMe are having at the time of this writing.) Paid members can read the stories in Dropbox right now. As mentioned last month, the new story “Farmer John’s Natural Dairy” in the upcoming list came from a member request for a hucow breeding story. This is intended to be another short-run story of between 3 and 6 chapters, which will likely headline an anthology book once it’s done with some thematically-related one-shots in the back half of the book.
