The Funding for Female Sexual Minorities Act took positive steps to adequately fund those women who were oppressed twice over by dint of being both female and a lesbian.
To ensure funds were directed adequately, all women aged between 19 and menopause were required to accurately document their sexuality with the government by submitting a picture that clearly showed a cock entering their cunt (if heterosexual), of their tongue in a woman’s fuckhole (if lesbian) or both (if bisexual).
For freedom of information reasons, the pictures were linked to their name and publicly searchable on the internet, and women were required to provide a new image once per year to keep their registration current. Girls who failed to provide a photo were detained by the government and forced to fuck both a man and a woman on camera to determine their sexuality.
